The Taylors story starts back in 1886, when Charles Taylor and his two sons set up a tea and coffee company. C. E. Taylors & Sons became known for quality, and the flagship store at 1 Parliament Street, Harrogate became famous across the region. They’ve grown a little since then and their flagship Yorkshire Tea brand is one of the
most popular in Britain. Their speciality coffee range and the famous Bettys Café Tea Rooms showcase their 130 years of experience.
Named after William Slingsby, who discovered the unique properties of the natural spring water from Harrogate’s Tewit Well, Slingsby’s Gin was the brainchild of Marcus Black and Mike Carthy. Since launching in 2014 they have developed 18 variations and launched a flagship store and experience in Harrogate.
As a privately owned business that has grown from strength to strength each year since their beginnings, TRUEfoods make and sell
fresh stocks made without compromise. Using traditional culinary principles, 100% British sourced bones, a direct source of filtered spring water, and carefully sourced UK vegetables, they create fresh, natural stocks in exactly the same way any high calibre chef would.
