Award winning Horto Restaurant uses seasonal ingredients from the Rudding Park Kitchen Garden, where over 100 different types of fruit, vegetables, edible flowers and herbs are grown under the keen eye of head kitchen gardener, Adrian Reeve.

The menu is dictated by nature, the skill of the gardener and the flair of the chef, with his modern interpretation of different cooking methods and presentation.

Horto Restaurant, Latin for kitchen garden, offers contemporary fine dining with either the A la Carte or Tasting Menu,  both of which change on a regular basis. Horto offers an extensive wine list where every wine is served by the glass, or the drinks pairing option is an excellent match to the Tasting Menu.
