Edward St Bakery is a craft bakery based in the World Heritage Site of Saltaire. The bakery opens every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with breakfast sandwiches available each day and lunch on Friday’s. The team bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, savouries and pizza, using both seasonal and local ingredients.

The bakery started in 2015 as a pop up event business in the down stairs of a small terraced house. A year and a half later the bakery out grew the tiny house and moved to new premises at Myrtle Place. Here they have expanded their opening times and now supply many local cafes, bars and restaurants.

Edward St pop up at various events locally and hold themed pop up evenings with local DJs – all upcoming events are on their social media.
