Ilkley’s food and drink scene is being celebrated through the release of a new printed guide due to launch this spring. Eat Drink Ilkley will feature up to 40 restaurants, cafes, bars and local producers in and around Ilkley as well as useful visitor information and local attractions.
The publication is the third in a series of guides produced by locally based publishers Festival Publications and Foxduo Design, following on from successful releases in Bradford and Harrogate.
Haigh Simpson, director of Festival Publications said; “The guides are designed to appeal to residents and visitors looking to explore their local food and drink scene and discover something new. They come in a handy size, they’re easy to use and they’re free! So we think they will have a really positive impact on any business featured in the guide and for the town as a whole. Ilkley is home to some incredible food and drink businesses and we’re excited to be celebrating that.”
7,500 copies of the guide are being printed, which will be available to pick up for free from all participating venues and from visitor destinations in Ilkely, Addingham and Ben Rhydding.
Eat Drink Ilkley is also online, where you will be able to explore venues in the area, read exclusive interviews with local food and drink experts and shop a range of associated merchandise. The team also plan to host a number of food and drink themed events following the release of the guide.
Eat Drink Ilkley is set to launch in late spring, with a launch event being planned to mark the occasion.
